What we need for Title 24 Project and Estimating Plans?

Your drawings need to show the following?

· Scaled Floor Plans.

· Building orientation (north arrow).

· Building elevations.

· Window, Door schedules.

· Sections or details showing the wall, floor and roof Construction.

· Information on any heating and cooling equipment.

· Information on any new water heaters and/or boilers.

· Name of designer or owner with address and phone number.

How long does it take to receive my report?

Your report will be ready in about 24 hours from the time we receive your plans and all questions have been answered regarding your project.

What will I receive when done?

Electronic set of Title 24 compliance documentation that includes: CF1-R, MF1-R, Heating and Cooling load calculations, compliance summary cover sheet, and 24x36 sheets to affix to your plans. We will register with CALCERTS and digitally sign for your compliance documentation when applicable.

What if there are corrections?

All corrections are addressed free of charge. A fee will be assessed for corrections that result from design changes that are incorporated after the compliance documents are delivered.
